We didn't avail ourselves of all of the amenities on the property, like the pools, but it was spacious, clean, and well located. Quite well maintained.

It's 2026, so a smart TV is table stakes, especially at a place where families are prone to be for many days at a time. The TV interface was cumbersome, and you basically need an IT team to screencast anything. Nobody wants to spend time in a nice place with a TV and then be forced to watch a show or movie around an iPad. I'd recommend upgrading to the TV you'd get in a basic 2-3-star hotel.

The pools are great for kids and the arcade.

There was issue with our billing in the restaurant. They charged us someone else tab. Then my daughter's food never came. Then they doubled charged us for our bill.

We absolutely love this property! We booked this for a stay for my daughter’s college graduation. Our villa was so beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable! Everything you could possibly need is provided and it truly feels like a home away from home. We have four young adult daughters and when we travel we rarely come upon a property with rooms so perfect for us- plenty of bedrooms yet we all are able to stay together— so much more fun than renting several separate rooms like we often have to! The property is gorgeous with pools all over the place, waterfalls and beautiful grounds. We are just delighted with it. Finally, I must mention the spectacular and friendly welcome at check in. Manny was so kind and helpful, going out of his way to explain the details of the property and welcoming us so warmly. He made us even more happy to be here!!
