They couldn't find my reservation in their system. I had to reserve the room directly through them.

Goed hotel om in de omgeving te verblijven. Er zijn de nodige eetgelegenheden en winkels in de buurt.

De weg voor het hotel is vrij druk en dat hoor je wel in de kamers aan de voorkant

Large beds were nice and comfortable.

Not a lot of surfaces in bathroom to put our things. Very-very noisy street. We asked for a room on top floor facing away from the highway. We got one on the second floor fully facing the busy street. Didn't get much sleep.

We stayed here whilst touring Monterey and the area to the south along the coast. The room was very comfortable with loads of space. We managed to book a room with 3 large doubles for a family of four and the space was very much appreciated. The entire hotel felt like it had been recently renovated and was very clean and modern. Whilst check in was not particularly welcoming, all other interactions with the hotel staff were friendly. There are plenty of amenities such as supermarkets close by (short drive) and access to Monterey is straightforward. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area..

It was clean and absolutely wonderful stuff

Unfortunately, I hate to give them a bad rating, but the issue was that their picture show that they have a chase lounge in the rooms and because I have a bad back I cannot sleep in a bed all night long but when I got there, I was told to Chase lounges have been gone for years But the pictures don’t depict that. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman at the front desk. He was absolutely wonderful, facilitated a refund the moment of my arrival and did find the accommodations close by.

Everything was good.

Nothing to be mentioned as such.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very nice quiet & clean. The beds were so comfortable that I actually felt rested. The location of the hotel was perfectly located in the middle of all our activities.
