When arrived at the hotel system was down night audit worker had nasty attitude like she didn’t wanna be bothered. Walk into the room smelled like mold door hand whole that was painted gray. Ceiling at a paper towel from it because the nozzle for the sprinkler was messed up so they just put paper towel up there. Woke up to the floor soaking wet from the ac leaking. Curtains even had cuts on them. Never have I seen a hotel this way on a scale from 1-10 I’ll give them a 0.1.
TV screen had the bulbs showing through and could not control the a/c unit at all. Staff was really friendly.
My stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. My room was clean.
No ac in the lobby area. Room was marginally clean. Water pressure was very low. Was woken up twice to Jake brakes.

Room was dirty. Totally lacking in basic cleaning and basic maintenance. Shower diverter stuck in place. Water scale over all bathroom fixtures. Bathroom door lock missing. No sink stopper. Coffee maker missing parts and water scale all over it. Tarry sticky substance stuck on floor, bottom of my feet black after walking on floor barefooted. Toothpaste splattered on wall behind sink. Nothing left in breakfast bar 30 min before closing.
