I booked his hotel last minute as a solo traveler and soon realized I made a mistake since it’s kind of a trek from the beach down a really busy street which gets quite noisy throughout the day, and even in the late hours of the night. There is a ton of traffic noise that comes in to the hotel if you’re facing the street. The pool is also hard to enjoy and relax at since the traffic noise is quite annoying. The biggest issue, however, is that the AC was broken and I didn’t realize it until I woke up at midnight covered in sweat. The staff was really friendly though, and took care of me and switched my room. I will say the staff is the one redeeming factor about this hotel. They are super nice and I think if they just had working AC in my room originally I would’ve gave us hotel a four out of five due to the price and staff.

The view balcony pool and the staff are excellent the property is really clean and kept clean whilst we were there It is a long walk from the beach and along a busy road but there are good shops around car hire just 40 metres away with an area to park This is a lovely property to stay and we recommend the owner Kai as a lovely host

1/5 Well what can I say?...........I didn't get chance to stay at the hotel due to the Covid-19 lock down. However, this rating is due to the quality of customer service, rather than the actual accommodation, which I am unable to comment on. We had booked two family rooms for July 2020 back in December 2019, which was intended for a week stay for my family and my sister's family. As the the lock down in Thailand continued to be extended, we realised we wouldn't be able to stay at the hotel, so we tried to contact the hotel and booking.com to see what alternatives could be arranged. Booking.com has failed to respond to our emails, so we decided to contact the hotel directly. I phoned the hotel on three occasions where I was directed by the person who answered the phone to send an email to the 'owner'. Three mails were sent to the 'owner' of the hotel, who was supposedly stuck in the UK due to travel restrictions. None of these emails were answered; which were all sent before our intended stay. As it stands, we are over £600 pounds out of pocket and still frustratingly waiting for a response.

Bra service, trevlig personal!

We loved our stay at the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located not far from the beach. The pool offered much refreshment at the end of each day. The staff took care of all your requests and needs. We used motorcycles that we rented at the hotel and visited many different places like the big Buddha, viewpoint and various beaches nearby i recommend doing this. We extended are stay at the hotel till we had to fly home no problem for the staff so arrange that for us. Amazing stay really recommend this place.

Fin och mysig Hotel med promenad avstånd till det mesta. Vi hade ett rum med en stor balkong med utsikt mot bergen. Det är fräscht och rent! Enda minus som jag kan säga är att det tog ovanligt långt tid att checka in och vi fick inte riktigt veta varför. En annan sak att tänka på är att adressen som visas på hotels.com STÄMMER INTE! I would have given this hotel less, but the staff were so lovely they deserve 5*. The hotel is one of the cleanest I have visited in Thailand. Bearing in mind I used to live here, I've stayed in quite a few. Downside, yes there is unfortunately a downside, our lovely room was by a busy road. Earplugs from the pharmacy solved that problem. Also it's a bit of a hike to the beach. We hired a scooter so no worries. There are baht buses to the right of the hotel, short walk. So all in all, 5 stars because the pool was fantastic, the staff were fantastic and the hotel was fabulously clean. Oh no lift, just in case you hate stairs. Oh and the food was fantastic, great price too.

This hotel is 10-15mins walk from karon beach, karon beach has many activities in and out the water, it is big beach so you can always find a place for sitting and relaxing. My stay was good my room was kept clean, the food was good and it had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere around the bar and pool area.
