Beachcomber Club Resort

I liked the location of the place. It was close to the Hi-Lo supermarket and it is right next to Margaritaville. They have their own beach. I love that even though our stay wasn’t the best one, the hostess, Dominique, was very attentive and sweet. I think that this place has SOOOO much potential, she just needs a little bit more help and needs to sort out the wifi issue.

No Wifi except at the reception desk. -Even though it says in the fine print that wifi is available in public areas, that is very misleading. For the amount of money we spent, Beachcomber HAS to put up wifi in the rooms for them to continue to get recommendations. No TV -There was a TV in the room, but it did not turn on. No Service - I don’t know if something is wrong, but we couldn’t even use our data to communicate with our loved ones, because the wifi was non-existent and the service was bad on the resort. Cleanliness -We had an incident that Dominique quickly resolved, but even so, the rooms weren’t cleaned every day. Plus we have to ask to have our towels changed when they were visibly soiled. Yes, you can always call Dominique to have things taken cared of, but they, need to do better.

The property is closed. No other guest was present and after calling the receptionist she asked for cash only. I declined and went to Rayon Hotel instead and it was $105 less.

the owner was really friendly, she couldn’t do enough to make our stay any better. upgraded us to a beautiful room straight into the beach.

There was no wifi, no working tv, and the pool was closed. The pool was one of the major reasons I booked there. Huge disappointment. wifi is a necessity when traveling out of country and you have no phone service. With no tv and no wifi there is NOTHING to do when you have to be in your room. The bathtub, while quite spacious, was not exactly clean so I couldn’t even take a good soak like I planned. Last but not least, I booked with a credit card and planned to check in with one, when I arrived I had to pay in cash because “the card machine did not work”

Just a few steps from the beach and the Caribbean Sea. Super clean white sand and a real quite vibe at residence. Very mellow scene amongst all the neighboring resorts. A very good local grocery store just two blocks away. The owner is on site and the working staff is quiet and keep to their chores and very friendly.
