AC is not sufficient during hot days on upper rooms.

Very clean, well maintained, and a wonderful staff.

Hotel halls and parkade were not very clean and unkept. Room was decent.

Great place and great people. Felt like home .Reception it open 24/7. The management amazing. Rooms are very clean and the stuff very friendly. They have a nice restaurant with nice atmosphere where you can have a great breakfast or you can have a small party .Looking forward to stay at this hotel next time.

Awful, when we arrived they tried to put us in a room that had no working room key only the staff master one, when we went to the room we realised the window and balcony door could not be opened, to stay in this room would have been completely unsafe as the heat was unbearable due to no air con either, when we asked to move we were just told they were fully booked. Eventually a woman who had some common sense told us they would move us in to a room that some had booked for the following night. This proved to be adequate. The beds had one very poor pillow when I asked for an additional pillow I was told as the hotel was fully booked there were none available! I have never stayed in a hotel where extra pillows or linen were not available even when fully booked. The hotel is listed as having a bar and restaurant they have neither and the very expensive airport shuttle is not provided at frequent enough intervals. There are no shops nearby. This is definitely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, the area is inconvenient but if you must stay here there are other hotels that provide a bunch better experience even when fully booked

Room air con was completely ineffective Was wakened by noisy children allegedly on complaining being told the terrible midnight shouting and furniture moving was coming from the staff quarters area rooms 1-5 zone. This was right below my room and I went to complain to get them to shut up! I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend the place. I’d prepaid and waited far too long to be checked in again because of only 1 slow staff member dealing with a couple who were moving through the check in process at a snail like pace. More customer service staff on desk at peak times needed !

Airport shuttle was good but hard to find pickup point

Check-in staff was very friendly, prompt and accommodating. We went down for our complimentary croissant before our 5am shuttle, and the front desk guy was not helpful at all. Seemed like we were a bother, and we had to leave before he could get the croissants.

Hotel in quiet surroundings with not much to do - so was a little disappointment. Friendly check-in staff that offered assistance.

Airport is about 12kms away by road. Wasn’t expecting much but pleasantly surprised. Good friendly staff on reception. Room 114 very spacious and has working a/c as well as a small fridge. New bathroom. Rural views on two sides. An Italian restaurant a few doors up the road. Transfers to and from airport available (E7:00 pp). Breakfast E9:50.
