GREEN GARDEN ECO RESORT & VILLAS

Had the most amazing 10 days in Tenerife at the Green Garden Resort. Staff are absolutely fantastic and the resort is luxurious

Great hotel, very clean, strong wifi in all areas, amazing food, lovely outside dinning and entertainment wasn't too bad. Coffee and cava and slushes included were nice. Easy to get sunbeds. Let down by no air con in livingroom, charge for table tennis and spa and no BBC in rooms to watch football and Wimbledon.

Horrific sewage smell came from the bathroom which made it impossible to stay in the room (or rooms around it). After discussing with the staff, they first tried to spray it away to no avail, the next day they sent a technician which still didn't help. Since we were only staying for three days, we gave up trying to change by the third night. Also had three cockroaches in the room during our three nights which was way too much for our standards. When checking out no one asked whether we enjoyed the stay or not, which was unusual. As for positives - breakfast is great, the facilities look very beautiful and are picture-perfect. The horrible smell may have been specific to our room, but it's a huge hit and miss in that regard.

Very friendly staff, food quality good but not excellent, plenty of parking space, excellent location close to motor way and Playa Americana but nevertheless very quiet.

The hotel was lovely, the accommodation nicely laid out on two levels surrounded by gardens. The pool was beautiful and all areas immaculately maintained. The food was of a good standard and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is within walking distance (15mins) but this hotel is such an oasis of calm I doubt you'll want to go anywhere else!

The resort was really excellent, good facilities, staff very friendly, food varied with theme nights i.e. Chinese, Mexican and was good to excellent and catered for everyone. The only thing that let the restaurant down was lack of pest control with flies and birds i.e. a good net, as the birds flew towards the counters to get the food, thankfully everything was covered with lids The apartments were clean and very accommodating for those who want a self catering holiday, but from a family of four points of view sharing a 1 bed apartment with put you up/camp beds in the lounge these beds were extremely uncomfortable and crippling for an adult to sleep on, please note that 2 bed apartments are available too. There is plenty of activity going on in the day and evening for kids and adults and the main entertainment hostess was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone going to Tenerife, as we didn't want to come home.

Me and my boyfriend wanted a short stay in the sunshine and this resort was perfect for what we needed. Our apartment was beautiful! The pool area was great! We went all inclusive and the food was fab! There was even themed nights! We loved the Mexican night! There was a huge range of alcohol! We can't wait to come back! :)

From check in onwards all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The 1 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and quite roomy. Situated ~2km.out of the resort we enjoyed the walk daily and a bonus was the excellent Chinese restaurant half way down. The only criticism was for non all inclusive guests we thought drinks were expensive. We would certainly go again

I really enjoyed the idea of the hotel which is not a typical xx-storey building but small cabanas surrounded by lots of green. Great pool, convenient store in the hotel allowed to get most necessary supplies. Despite it's quite close to the beach, the journey can get really long on a hot day if you are without a car.
