Please note the property has 2 Labrador dogs, 4 cats which are vaccinated and have their grooming weekly. They are usually outdoors, never in the rooms. TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "Excellent introduction to Peru in arty Barranco"

Excellent location on a quiet street in the heart of lovely Barranco. Lovely views and a perfect spot for a nightcap! Quirky accommodation- an older traditional building set in lovely grounds- most building is much newer so if you like a traditional setting with character, this is for you. The taxi service provided was of a very high quality.

Location was great, very unique house with a lit of art displays, great garden and terrace. Walk to great restaurants

This hotel is unique! It's an old mansion on the cliff overlooking the oceaAll was n with a grassy front and backyard filled with beautiful sculptures by the artist Victor Delfin, who owns the hotel. It was fun exploring the various levels of the property. We had a nice breakfast every morning outside looking at the ocean. The location is great and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful facility! Beautiful rooms, great staff, fantastic location. Great breakfast and cocktails. Very clean and accommodating. Felt very safe and fabulous views!

"Unique Stay in Barranco"

An incredibly unique stay in Lima. The area could not be better located in a quiet street close to all of the restaurants and sights in Barranco. The setting is gorgeous with a view of the sea and the rooms are eclectic and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone who prefers a stay that is less conventional.

"Best Stay in Barranca!"

Location and property was excellent! The views from our room were so nice of the pacific coast! Property was lovely with all the art and sculptures around. Nice breakfast with Ocean views as well! Many things to walk to right from the property as well!

The only complaint was the shower in the room had very low pressure and was more like a drip close to the wall. Probably just needs some repair work. We were only at the hotel 1 night so it really didn’t inconvenience us much.
