Please note the property has 2 Labrador dogs, 4 cats which are vaccinated and have their grooming weekly. They are usually outdoors, never in the rooms. TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "Best part of our travels."

Overlooking the ocean. Great grounds, and the hotel features lots of art and sculpures. Good restaurants withing 2-6 blocks.

I should have poped for the ocean view room. No AC, but for the most part it was no problem

L'emplacement et la vue, superbe en surplomb de la mer. Le charme unique de cette grande maison. La proximité de Barranco. La tres bonne literie. Le hamac en appoint. Le personnel adorable et prévenant. La piscine, le jardin. Le bar...on reviendra volontiers !

On a tout aimé mais voici quelques suggestions d'amélioration : un café un peu plus fort et un jus de fuit frais ou des fruits frais (il y en a tant au Pérou) seraient appréciés.

Maison d'hôtes très charmante avec une belle piscine. La vue est très belle, surtout au coucher du soleil. La chambre est spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. Bonne literie . Je recommande !

Personalen är hjälpsam och trevlig, det var sjunde gången som vi besökte detta hotell . Det har ett mycket bra läge i ett lugnt område med fantastiska restauranger inom promenad avstånd! Frukosten är bra med fantastisk utsikt över havet. All konst på hotellet skapar en speciell atmosfär som är unik !
