"Not good and not planning on coming back. For the price very disappointing."

It was our 34 Anniversary. We booked the room months before. We got checked in and the air did not work. They should have told us that. I had to call front desk to tell them if can’t fix we wanted a refund. Was told they were overbooked and no rooms. Then while we were in the restaurant they found us a room. They moved us and treated us to champagne. Very nice. We left at 5:30 the next morning because I was up all night with my back killing me. The bed was the worse bed I have ever slept on. Felt like I slept on a sidewalk. Terrible for the money of that room.

The worst experience in the restaurant. I ordered the steak frites and it was the worst meal I had ever had. The meat was gray and tuff could not eat it. Our waitress knew it was bad and should have offered me another meal. I was starved. She did remove off our tab. My husband had to walk to Bacerros Mexican food and get me something to eat. Was so disappointed.

"Beautiful modern Hitel"

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms and stay. All staff was incredibly friendly! I would definitely stay here again. My original plan was to visit the Soeakeasy, but I didn’t realize it was closed on Sunday! Would definitely come back here again!
