I specifically booked for the outside pool which is hard to find in the area. Pool was broken. We checked out after realizing this. Very disappointing

The room was clean & spacious, had a full kitchenette, desk, couch w/hideabed, 2 queen beds, balcony with chair, & spacious bathroom (we were in an accessible room). The check in clerk was very friendly & helpful, the night clerk found us a fan to use (our room was warm/stuffy-we figured out to use the dry setting to cool it off, then back to cool. The breakfast didnโ€™t offer a lot but it was plenty & good. We greatly appreciated that it was pet friendly & that the elevator worked. Also, coolest feature ever-if you wanted to cook like at home they had a instapot, an air fryer, crock pot, electric skilletโ€ฆseveral items they loan people to use. It is a military town & iโ€™m sure a lot of service members (& their family) stay here while awaiting housing. We felt safe walking the dogs even at night.

Incredible welcome, super courteous night service at Mainstay Suite St-Robert. The staff is very accommodating and incredibly cheerful. I loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and the pillows were super comfortable and plentiful. I had the chance to mingle with people from several nations in the morning, which made my experience even more incredible.
