The room was comfortable

They charged my card 3 times and here ot is a week later and I'm still trying to get my money back and they say they aren't responsible for any fees that occurred. Plus its put me in default on other bills.

"The best hotel on roadtrip across country"

Best hotel I’ve been to in a long time . Used to stay at Hampton or Marriott and now these are my new favorite. Grrreat staff and service . Comfy beds Some rooms with indoor and outdoor doors. Pet friendly Parking great Food all freshly wrapped. Great prices. Isaac terrific. Right off freeway and didn’t have to go all the way into Springfield. Nice ice machine in hallway. Very clean.

"Affordable gem"

We stayed in a king handicap room. It was really nice compared to similar rates and room sizes we've been in weeks prior. This unit has a kitchenette and open floor plan. The bathroom had plenty of floor space but not real countertops. The room asks had a couch pullout. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. The operations manager checked us in. She was very kind and welcoming. This property is a nice and affordable gem for whatever reason or length of stay.

"Quiet area considering location."

Pretty quiet area. Staff was very helpful. Not a bad location for eating,shopping,etc. Not bad

Could of had more coffee available in room without having to check with staff.

Joann and her staff are AMAZING. Everyone is friendly helpful and make sure you know what you need and offer anything you may have forgotten. It was a great choice for Grandsons ARMY ceremony. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you for your hospitality
