Location was great. Easy to communicate with property manager who was enthusiastic and helpful.

Lack of natural light due to being basement apartment. But did not detract from the stay.

"Superb"

The contact person waited for my arrival and kindly navigate the route to the premise via what's up, and the explanation is also kind and the communication in English is also good. What is more, the location is quite nice, just 5 miniutes on foot from the airport - city center bus stop.

Excellent stay in this apartment in Bilbao. Great location, lovely interior, and had all the facilities you could need for a short or long term stay. Check in/out was easy and the hosts were easily contactable. The apartment was clean, quiet and cosy. Location was perfect, centrally located and everything you need on your doorstep. I would highly recommend staying here and would happily return! Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay!

"Superb"

The location of the room is very good, it's just one street from the central roundabout at bilbao. Although the room is not very large, it's larger than my expectation and it can easily accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is clean and the shower is nice. The kitchen contains a lot of tools and it's very easy to use.

I waited for a while before the owner come out of the building and let me in, because I don't use Whatsapp. Maybe that's my fault but that did make it less easier for me.

"Great apartment, convenient location"

Location, location walk to the Guggenheim and the nautical museums. You are in the tourist friendly area. The metro is a 3 minute walk away. This apartment has excellent wifi and you are out the door to go shopping. The apartment is very spacious one bedroom with very thoughtful decor and everything you would need is there Owner met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful.

Apartment was a little chilly
