Great location for seeing sights around Kowloon and getting on the MTR at Jordan Most staff were friendly and attentive.

Room is a little tired. Drawers in room weren’t clean and were full of dust so I couldn’t store any clothes in them. Ceiling in bathroom had lifted away from wall. As a person who works in hospitality, I was more observant of shortcomings. The fruit and salad at breakfast weren’t in refrigeration or on ice baths which is off putting; bread and pastries weren’t covered so as a result I saw a green fly had landed and stuck to one of the pastries one morning; breakfast tables were not sanitised properly after use, staff were just using a single damp cloth and I didn’t see any of them spraying the tables with disinfectant before wiping them down; and one of the “clean” plates I picked up was actually still dirty. Despite having do not disturbed displayed as I was napping, I was woken up by the duty manager as they wanted to check I was okay (I think this is because my room hadn’t been made up that day).

Good location but the room is too small 20m for standard twin room but look like just have around 15m, very old all the facilities, either the curtain cannot close properly
