Good location - near supermarket, 7-11, and some restaurabts. Near Nathan road and near austin station. A bit dated. Bed is good

No toiletries. Pillows are too soft for my liking.

I liked that the hotel was in a nice location. They cleaned the room every day and collected the rubbish regularly. What I didn’t like was the staff. They were not friendly or helpful. I was traveling by myself with two large suitcases and a carry-on bag. I wanted to ask for a taxi, but nobody spoke English. They sent me to another reception desk with all my luggage, only to send me back to the same place again, so I had to carry everything twice. I asked for help because the taxi drivers didn’t speak English and I couldn’t understand them, but the receptionist only said, “I’m sorry, ma’am.” Another downside was the noise. You can hear absolutely everything because the walls are paper-thin. If you are planning to rest properly, I’m sorry to say that you will hear everything happening around you.

The view - I booked room with garden and harbour view. Housekeeping staff very friendly and thorough. Location very convenient for all sorts of restaurants

The mattress is too hard and too stiff…

Reasonable price , clean. And buffet was unreal
