Location is great, it’s central but very calm. The team are very helpful and really trying their best. There also is a rather nice Italian restaurant in the hotel. Water is provided daily and breakfasts are good for the regional standards. It’s a good value for money.

The property could be cleaner, specifically bathrooms. There is also is a problem with pest control and cockroaches in the building.

조용한 동네에 안전한 위치와 함께 가격대비 좋은 룸컨디션과 호텔의 청결도가 좋았습니다

욕실문쪽에 물이 잘고여 문지방을 나중에 교체가 필요하지 않을까 싶습니다. 그 외에는 모든 점들이 다 만족스럽습미다

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were super friendly! The breakfast was just okay, but I did store my luggage while I went trekking.

The hotel was a bit overpriced for that kind of room when compared to other hotels.

Nice, clean hotel just outside the chaotic centre of Kathmandu, still a walking distance (as long as you feel safe walking in Kathmandu's traffic), a quite street and very friendly and service-minded staff. Breakfast was good and the in-hotel Italian restaurant is excellent, plus another Nepalese-Italian one just 50 meters away.

Some noise from the kitchen fan in the room next to the lift, but it stops at 10pm, when the restaurant closes. Only a simple coffee to breakfast, but not a big issue.
