Nomad Hotel Lazimpat

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, yet the price is very reasonable. The hotel’s design is absolutely beautiful—stylish, modern, and new. Breakfast was a highlight for us every morning, with fresh salad, delicious yogurt, and amazing coffee and milk tea. Even after six days, we never got tired of it. Most importantly, the staff were all incredibly kind and friendly. We truly enjoyed their warm hospitality and would love to come back again.

I stayed for almost a week at Nomad for business and genuinely loved almost everything about it. The staff were warm, helpful, and consistently attentive throughout my stay. The modern design of the accommodation suited my taste—stylish, clean, and comfortable. One of my favorite things was relaxing on the patio, a perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of options, and the food overall was impressive. A special mention goes to Piano Piano, the restaurant downstairs—it served the best lunch and dinner I had in Kathmandu. I ended up regretting my meals outside because nothing compared to the quality and experience at Piano Piano, even when compared to top-rated places in the city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Nomad to anyone visiting Kathmandu, especially for those who appreciate great design, warm service, and exceptional food.

There were only two downsides during my stay. First, the sound insulation could be improved; I could hear a little noise from outside, which might bother light sleepers. Second, while the housekeeping staff worked diligently and the room was always neat and clean, the cream-colored carpet had visible footprints and stains that could benefit from deeper cleaning or carpet-specific tools.

Everything is really great about Nomad Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, comfortable beds, great location. Only one problem: transparent shower cubicle in the room. Not okay unless you're a couple. Not even okay for families.

My room was extremely spacious and clean, with lots of sunshine. Staff were attentive and friendly. And the breakfast was exceptionally delicious!

The attention of the staff, as usual in Nepal, they staff was very helpful and welcoming. Special mention to the lady in reception, always helping, but all of them (staff in the breakfast time, the security person). The room was enormous and very well decorated with that Green marble I loves. Very urban sofiscicated style Breakfast was really good. Location is close to Thamel, but in a quiet area which is good for isolating from the big vibe of Kathmandu.

Nothing, all perfecto, that would be my hotel when I come back to Nepal.
