Good size room with great view of the river. Modern en-suite with sufficient space and a good size shower.

The Courtyard was fine but for me the huge problem was being next to a bar with a late license - 1am on weekends. The constant thump thump thump of music kept me awake and then lots of loud voices and shouting at closing time. Then they jumped in their cars which had been parked along Severnside on the double yellow lines and went roaring off down the 20mph street with loud exhausts. Such a shame because it meant it wasn't a relaxing weekend at all.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Room was very cold. Heating put on after I popped downstairs to ask, but it took over an hour to get any noticeable difference in the room. Being winter I would have expected the room to be kept warm. Also, one bed side lamp didn't work.

Great location for nightlife, next to the river and above restaurants/ bar. Staff were very helpful. Comfy bed and good shower.

Only 1 pillow per person which wasn’t ideal. Bathroom was a bit smelly when we arrived so had to open the window (December) which improved it. Couldn’t alter the heating. Some things could do with some TLC but overall good stay for one night.
