Room very comfortable

The pool wasn’t open even with the high temperatures in late May

It was a ten minute walk to the beach and a 30 min walk from the old town. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Also liked the late checkout.

When we got there we were told the pool was closed and not open for the season yet. We booked this hotel specifically as it had a pool so this was quite annoying.

Super hôtel ! La qualité de réception est vraiment au rendez-vous. Les transports sont juste au pied de l'hôtel, idéal pour rejoindre le centre ville rapidement. Autrement, le trajet à pied est aussi très sympathique.

Hairdryer not working, coffee facilities poor, no milk,only caffeine free coffee, Coffee is the first thing on a morning you have , only 1 small bottle of water & no plain coffee available No milk , unbelievable

Great breakfast selection, it was really outstanding. The only thing we enjoyed while staying in this hotel .

It was boiling hot around 35-39 Celsius during our stay but the outside POOL was CLOSED !! It was the only reason we booked the hotel , the indoor pool was leased to a different company and they charge you 20€ p/p on top of the hotel bill. It is a 4star hotel and the only outside seating are was covered in plastic turf. Not comfortable furniture. So my understanding of this hotel is the management tries to giving you the bare minimum. Towels, etc

Location and parking

Coffee facilities in the room very poor, cost of room is very high, surely they could have put water & milk in your room . Coffee is the start of the day, the hotel needs to get there priorities right, 😡
