"Double Charges and Racist Behavior by Hotel Management"

I stayed at the Quality Inn Near China Lake Naval Station, located at 507 S China Lake Blvd, Ridgecrest, CA 93555, from 04/11/2026 to 04/12/2026. I booked my stay through my credit card portal (Capital One) and prepaid in full prior to check-in. After checking out, I reviewed my credit card statement and noticed that I was charged twice for the same stay—once by the credit card portal and again directly by the hotel. When I contacted the hotel to clarify this issue, I spoke with Mr. Mohamed Islam. During this call, Mr. Islam made racist remarks regarding my nationality. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I take this matter very seriously and will be addressing both the duplicate charge and the discriminatory conduct through the appropriate channels. Meanwhile, I encourage to stay away from this hotel
