Location!

Carpet everywhere, and I was bitten by an insect while sleeping. My nose is a clown’s nose - red and rounded.

"Mi dispiace dire che è stato un soggiorno deludente."

La Posizione era buona ma il quartiere molto brutto, nonostante fosse vicina al centro città. La zona in cui si trova è molto decadente e anche l'hotel è trasandato e sporco nei locali comuni. La moquette vecchissima e sporca è inguardabile.

La camera era piccolissima. Il letto aggiuntivo estratto dal sofà era rotto quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per sostituirlo alle 23:00. I mobili di stoffa erano polverosi e si sentiva odore di polvere. Nel bagno c'erano due lavabo di cui uno era otturato e non sono stati in grado di sistemarlo. Il miscelatore della doccia era rotto quindi l'acqua era solo bollente. Poche amenities e mancavano gli asciugamani per due persone su tre. La pronta segnalazione dei problemi ha visto la risposta del personale che era molto gentile ma nessuna forma di compensazione è stata portata avanti.

Bankalar bölgesinde merkeze yürüme mesafesinde .

Sabah kahvaltısı çok sıradan ve az malzemeli. Hotelin eski bir bina olmasından kaynaklanan kasvetli bir konumda. Temizlikçiler lisan bilmiyor..Oda temizliği için 2 defa söylememe rağmen yapılmadı.
