Tórshavn Apartment - City Center

Photos make this property look better than it is. For a solo traveler who is not finicky about spiders, it's a great cheap option and it honestly felt strangely like home by the end of my stay, but I would personally not climb up to the upstairs bunk. The bathroom is tiny. Toilet is facing a wall, which makes it very awkward to use, and the sink is so tiny that I opted to use the kitchen sink instead. Otherwise, the property has a kitchen and everything else you need for your stay. There is a convenient gas station shop on the corner and a bus station nearby, as well as a quiet and serene park across the street. You can catch the free bus to the city center or take a 15-minute walk. The room was a bit hard to find as it is tucked away in a corner and looks like a garage, but that also means it is secluded.

Nära ner till centrum, cirka 10 min promenad. Välstädat och mysigt rum. Fanns schampo, balsam och duschkräm. Bra med glas, tallrikar och bestick osv. Mikrovågsugn och vattenkokare. Snabbkaffe!!!!5 min promenad till mataffär.

i liked the location . Good heating and comfortable. Its quite small apartment . The kitchen area is very small and bathroom toilet just about manageable to sit on . a bemread knife and hairdryer would have been helpful. Shower is held by hand, not attached to wall. Instructions to find key for entry require greater clarity. i fel the apartment is overpriced for one person.

Great location within a 10 min walk of the city center with easy parking. Very safe and quiet. Dark shades. Good price for the Faroes.

When I arrived, the apartment was freezing cold. The heat was off and must have been off for hours, if not days, at that point. I could not get ahold of the hosts via WhatsApp (as was promised). My phone was finally able to connect to their office and they did send someone immediately. The individual who helped me with a space heater was great, but customer service was severely lacking. The bed is also very hard and the pillows are limp. The bathroom door does not stay closed, which is fine as a solo traveler but would be very awkward with friends. They also ask you take out the trash upon leaving, which is silly given that I am paying to stay there.
