Close to my family

My Husband saw a 🪳 crawling in the when we woke up, have no idea if it slept with us all night. Just the idea of him crawling on us all night has my anxiety in over drive. When checked out all the manager said was “ok I’ll send housekeeping, small roach no money back” He didn’t care at all. I’ll never visit this property again, also i will spread the word!!!! He never even apologized 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Honestly I didn’t care for the property. The manger was nice.

We asked for our money back and was told no refunds because we wanted to go to another hotel. My husband had to clean the room before we could get comfortable. The refrigerator has green stuff in it as did the tub. The bed was clean but it had a stain on the sheet which I had to use my personal belongings to sleep over it. We will not be revisiting this establishment again and just wish we could have gotten our money back.
