Housekeeping was amazing they went over and above for me. I really appreciated them it was over and above service when my dishes were cleaned for me and my dirty clothes bagged up I was very surprised and thankful.

The bathroom although it had everything in it necessary it could have had a little more room

very dirty, the floor in the bathroom has definitely not been cleaned for a long time the smell is not pleasant

I got there bout 945 proceeded to the room and there was a roach on the pulled up the corner of the sheets n seen insect eggs so we didn't stay we just left

Pretty quiet overall

Absolutely appalled at the 'cleanliness'. When I check out, I typically strip the bed and put all of the dirty towels together with them. What I uncovered made me nauseated. Heavily stained, filthy pillows, mattress, mattress pad in addition to the sheets. The shower curtain was full of mold/mildew. Floors were so filthy, I had to put my socks in a separate bag when I took them off. Gap under outside door so big, bugs could enter. I had to shove a towel in the gap. Owner, Mrs. Patel, would not even partially refund my fee, stating that I had to contact booking.com.

It was in town so it was close to everything

I found a female press on nail on the bed frame, mirrors were not properly cleaned.
