Hotel Holt - The Art Hotel

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options. Everything looked fresh and was well presented. We dealt with Simon several times, and he was very helpful. He even remembered us by name when we checked in for our second visit.

I actually stayed on the property twice during this trip. My only issues were charging for early check-in and late check-out. On check-in, if the room is available, why charge for it? It's not like the hotel is being inconvenienced. Same without late check-out. I can see the charge if there's a serious potential to seriously impact those checking in.

Sehr gute Lage, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, privater kostenfreier Parkplatz. Die Rezeptionistin Gabriela war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Die Einrichtung in der Lobby braucht eine Modernisierung.

Close to the city center, within minutes walking. Also close to freeway, and with free parking space next to the hotel.

Everything was excellent, the hotel staff were very helpful, our room was lovely, the location was great and the free parking was either in car park next to the hotel or just opposite. we would definitely recommend Holt Hotel.

La colazione è il punto di sicuro favore in questa struttura: buona qualità e varietà delle proposte. L'altro punto a favore è la posizione centrale ed il piccolo parcheggio a disposizione gratuitamente (attenzione posti limitati dunque chi primo arriva...)

Camera molto piccola ed estremamente vecchia, non storica. Tutto di qualità mediocre, consumato, rotto o mal funzionante. Dove il fastidio della luce di notte per alcuni possa essere importante, le tende oscuranti erano cadenti e non riuscivano a proteggere dalla luce. L'ingresso all'hotel (la hall) parla della sua storia, ma tutto il resto dice di vecchio e mal manutenuto (o non manutenuto e rinnovato affatto).
