The only issue was having to wait for an early check in, which i understand they were pretty full. I which hotels had a way to accomodate people traveling wanting to check-in in the mornings. Robin was very pleasant and accommodating. I think my only complain would be the bed was a bit uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Maybe a new bed for that room. Other then that I will definitely come back. The shower worked great! Great service and the room was clean and comfortable.

"The worst motel experience of my life."

Was not informed about any breakfast. The kitchen was the best feature.

I was told that a ground floor or handicap room would be held for me as I can't manage stairs. When we went to get our key later that day I was told that there were no ground floor rooms. No hot water for whole facility. No housekeeping except on Tuesday. Who ever heard of that? No phone in room to call the office. Hot tub gone and swimming pool closed. Took my service dog out to potty at around 3am both nights and each time I encountered a woman in underwear walking between rooms with open doors.
