We have stayed twice now at this hotel. Once on the way to Orlando and now on our drive back home. Very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished rooms. Friendly staff and easy check in! Few fast food restaurants a few minutes a way which makes it easy to pick something up quick. I will definitely come back to stay here again the next time we are in this area!

"Don’t waste your money."

Very disappointed in this hotel. No batteries in thermostat. Also, seemed old and run down. Lighting was horrible. Found dirty socks from previous guest in floor. On flip side, breakfast was good and lady overseeing it was great.

The hotel was in good condition, beds very comfy, friendly efficient staff. However we booked solely on the basis of having a shuttle to the airport. There should be one according to their website. Website need to be updated immediately. Very misleading to the public since they haven’t had a shuttle service since CoVid.

Exterior and lobby look nice. Room was on shabby side. Bed still wet from something they sprayed on it. Very loud traffic noise from inside room. Breakfast, while free, lacked things like orange juice. Pancake maker wasnt working, etc Never stay this ihg property again

"Perfect Stay"

Very clean and staff was professional and courteous. The cleaning crew does an excellent job and the continental breakfast had a variety and was really good. Check in and check out was fast and easy. No complaints here. Enjoyed the stay.
