The room was very clean - we had a pet room and there was no fur or stains or wear/tear. The room had amenities like a mini-fridge and iron/board. It had black-out curtains, hot water shower, and good a/c. The location was a 15 minute pleasant walk into the downtown area or 10 min. walk to the Enchantment park on the river. There was a number of great restaurants in walking distance for breakfast/dinner.

We felt the beds were small and uncomfortable - lumpy pillows. There was only one sink and for four people and a dog there was not much space to put luggage or anything really. We felt it was overpriced for what you get and not comfortable for 4 adults (2 adults, 2 older teens).

Convenient location. Breakfast was good, comparable with Fairfield, Springhill, etc.

Room was tight, but OK. Floor lamp closest to door was not working - lamp switch broken.

Breakfast was amazing ! Fresh! Lots of variety, hot, Always stocked

It was somewhat close to down town.

The floors were dirty and disgusting. I had to request someone to come in and mop the floors because my baby was covered in dirt after being in the room for five minutes. When I checked out and requested a discount on our bill for it not being clean they refused.
