Trulli Terrarossa con Piscina

This is a villa that is logistically located in an excellent area close to Martina Franca. It is especially great if you are a large group or a big family. The villa looks exactly the same as in the photos. From there, all the important locations that should be visited in the Puglia region are within a maximum of one hour’s drive. The villa offers very good conditions, it is quite clean, and it is well equipped with inventory suitable for many guests. If the weather is good, you can really enjoy the outdoor area and the swimming pool.

What I must mention in the review is that the villa had an issue with opening the entrance gates using the remote control. By the end of the second day, a technician came and fixed the problem, but until then we had difficulty entering with vehicles and had to climb over the gate. The Wi‑Fi signal is also weak. Additionally, it was stated in advance that there would be a €500 deposit, which would be released if there was no damage and if waste was separated as instructed. However, after we left the villa, it turned out that the funds were not just reserved but fully charged. We were informed that the refund would take 7 to 10 days, but in reality, it took longer. Additionally, I must mention that the tourist tax stated here on Booking as €1 per person per night, payable on site exclusively in cash, was actually charged at €2 per person per night. We were informed that the prices had been changed, but that Booking had not yet updated the information. Furthermore, a late check-in fee of €80 was charged, again payable in cash.

Casa espaçosa com ambientes bem equipados, completos e novos… tudo impecável. Área externa incrível, exatamente como as fotos. A piscina é excelente, principalmente em dias quentes do verão. Ivana nos recepcionou muito bem e nos indicou excelentes opções gastronômicas na região.

Very cosy and nice atmosphere in the trulli. Quiet neighbourhood and close to Martina Franca. The pool was also amazing.
