Night view : "the shine of ten million of dollars" is true. Even in day time, it's very pleasant to see the port from the breakfast restaurant. Service was excellent.

"神戸市の象徴的なホテル"

今回はホテルから最寄りの施設で開催されたコンサート鑑賞の為に利用させて頂きました。ホテルから会場まで徒歩100メートル程と閉会後の交通機関の混雑に巻き込まれる事もなく、また、その心配すらなく安気に出掛けられたのが一番良かった。 更にホテル施設内に24H営業のコンビニもあり、非常に便利でしたし、ホテルの朝食も順番待ちの予約やその進捗もスマホから確認出来て、部屋から出てレストラン前で待つ時間も省けてとても有り難かった。

少数派の意見として喫煙場所が非常に不便なところに設置されている。ホテル本館2Fのポートライナー駅への連絡通路に繋がる出入り口付近にあり、本館、南館共に一度ロビー階に降りてから階段、エスカレーターで2階へ上がる動線が辛かった。 細かいところでは、バスタブの底の立ち上がり部分の皮脂の付着が酷く、清潔感に欠けた点が残念だった。

"Bardzo dobry, piękny hotel... Na pewno zaskakujący na 5 gwiazdek"

Świetny wystrój i styl hotelu. Dobre śniadania. Bardzo duża dbałość o szczegóły. Personel również bardzo się stara. Wygodny bezpłatny autobus 3 razy na godzinę do centrum miasta.

Personel słabo mówi po angielsku, co może wynikać z trudności obiektywnych, jak u niemal wszystkich Japończyków. Komputery jednak w tzw. biznes center można już jednak wymienić na nowsze, podobnie jak nie pobierać symbolicznej opłaty od wydruków. Rozmiar pokoju i rozstawienie oświetlenia również mogłyby być lepsze, co nie bylo jednak jakimś istotnym uchybieniem.
