GBUSIt was beautiful, open, clean, bright, easy private beach access, close to Stickney Point for shopping as well as turtle Beach too. A quick trolley ride to the siesta village.
It's minor, but the living room didn't have a ceiling fan like the bedrooms, I'm always hot anyway so a fan would be nice. However, still giving a top rating bc they did have floor oscillating fans in the closet that we got out to move cool air around. We only used them bc it rained a lot as it's now hurricane season otherwise we'd have the giant patio doors open.
The location of the property is nice. And the room itself has a nice layout, but it was dirty. There was crumbs of food left under the couch and sticky spilled liquid everywhere upon check in which caused ants to be all over the room. Another unfortunate things was that two of the three TVs (livingroom and master bedroom) would not work so we were unable to enjoy and downtime in the room.
It was clean and well maintained. Local discounts would be nice, e.g fishing charters, boat rentals
