Staffs are friendly and proper service skills, facility is clean, well maintained. Location is good, a bit noisy front load is busy traffic always, also train noises are bothering, glad not often services. Averall, we have no complains.

"Nice place for a stopover in Red Bluff."

The breakfast was really good. Better if you eliminated more plastic usage.

The bed made noise when sitting on the side. The air conditioner was pointed right at the bed. Not good.

Elevator was broken, had to lug a family of fours luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast drinks were warm. Ceiling was leaking near the elevator. Was a decent bed with a roof over our head but wouldn’t stay again.

The reception staff was friendly and polite. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was that the upstairs seemed to be under renovation, and there was a lot of noise coming from the ceiling at night and in the morning.
