Location was easily accessible from the interstate

The pool and the spa were closed due to temperatures, although both were located inside. The elevators were broken down on numerous occasions and have locked two separate additional guests in them for longer than 20 minutes. This was extremely inconvenient for family member who has medical disability and struggling walking. In addition, the cleanliness of the room made a questionable of whether or not the attentiveness to what need to be cleaned was actually done. It appeared that there were blood stains on the bed skirt, which was extremely disgusting, especially for the price in which the rooms cost.
