"Good location but you can hear everything in your room from upstairs-to outside in the halls and in the rooms next to yo"

The location was perfect for us to visit our daughter that lived there.

People above us stomped around all hours and I could hear the people next to us talking in the bathroom. I asked to be moved since we were staying 1 wk and the front desk girl in the morning ( there were 2 of them working) said I would have to pay extra for an upgraded room. I won’t be staying there again due to this customer service.
