The staff was kind and hard working and the location was stunning. The food was good.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair from previous guests in our bathroom, which we brought to the attention of staff, who assured us it would be cleaned. It was not. The entire room appeared to have needed a deep clean, with he’s y dust throughout the room. Furthermore, we reached out to the staff multiple times through email, and even now, over 14 hours later, have yet to hear back about our concerns.

I wish the tree houses were more affordable.

Nothing special than any other hotels.

No microwave in the room No breakfast To get a room on the other side of the hotel charges 50$ more

Breakfast buffet food was warm at best , near cold

Loved everything about the treehouse. I wish we could have stayed a week! I look forward to coming back when it is warmer so we can enjoy hiking without the cold wind.

I tried ordering from the restaurant and the host took my order and said it would be delivered to my room.A hr later I went down to check and was told the host can't take my order I was told my the host you need to reorder!That is horrible service for a place she never even apologized.I will never come back to place like this way better places to stay.Im just bummed I chose this place for my get away next time I'll stay in portland.

Another great experience at Skamania Lodge! We celebrated my wife’s 62nd birthday. Such a beautiful place to stay and explore. The paths around the property were well maintained and gorgeous! Food was excellent and the hotel was clean and inviting. It so peaceful to sit in the lobby area and look out the floor to ceiling windows at the Mighty Columbia River Gorge! We will definitely be back!
