"Mooi maar prijzig."

De upgrade naar een suite was prima.

De prijzen van eten en drinken. Vooral als je per ongeluk in Chf zou afreken, dan komt er 20% op de € prijzen van de toch al prijzige menukaart. Twee gangen diner € 65 (Chf 77). Ontbijt is € 40.

Grosse Zimmer (Suite).

Parkplätze müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Drinkpreise in der Bar überdurchschnittlich hoch. Wir haben von Samstag bis Sonntag ein Zimmer mit Seesicht gebucht. In der Nacht konnten wir aufgrund des Lärms und der schlechten Fenster kaum schlafen. Das Hotel kann nichts für den Lärm bis in die Morgenstunden. Der Lärm, d.h. laute Musik/ Bässe kam von den Bars an der Seestrasse und im Zentrum von Lugano. Nachtruheregeln werden nicht durchgesetzt. Eigentlich schade, das Personal war freundlich, aufgrund des Nachtlärms werden wir in Lugano kein Zimmer mehr buchen.
