easy access and good parking. A bit out from the main focus of Batemans but still walkable to the town. Good standard accommodation and no issues to complain about

Only one powerpoint which is located at the entrance , not very convenient to charge phones Insects screen on window was broken, we found mosquito in the room

I can honestly say there was nothing to like about this motel.

The motel was very outdated and not as clean as I was led to believe from the booking.com reviews. We were upstairs and the road noise was terrible as the motel is located on the fork in the road. There was a clock radio which did not work and some other antiquated radio thing which was set in the bedside table which did not work. There was a huge gap under the door into the room from which numerous flying I sects entered the room during the course of the evening. The uneven floor surface between the main door (tiled) and the carpeted area caused my husband to trip several times.

The bed was/is terrible - in desperate need of a decent mattress topper or replacement.
