Hair in drains so water didn't drain out and beds were hard

On our way home from Texas, had stayed in quite a number of hotels this was by far our best, friendly helpful staff, very clean and quiet, tv could be better but minor detail breakfast gave us a good start. Thank you

It had a good rating….must be fabricated

Extremely dirty, disrespectful management, two bagels out for breakfast no drinkable water, change rooms due to hair in the bed and chips on the floor second room had hair in the bed and in the shower. Wall had pizza sauce, just look at the photos. It’s disgusting. Management accusing me of Fishing for a refund while attempting to give constructive criticism with no request for monetary reimbursement at all.

The room was dirty, pills on the floor, stains on sheets. The front office staff seemed irritated when we voiced our concerns. Was offered another room but the key didn’t work. Checked out 10mins into our stay.

Convenient location

Run down, the hotel check in person sat out front of the sliding doors and smoked cigarettes so it made the entire first floor smell like cigarettes. Only one of the air conditioning/heaters actually functioned. It was poorly out dated with wallpaper coming off the walls and carpet that was also coming up and very old. The breakfast was also not great.

What breakfast. You mean the free coffee.

No ice machine on site. And beds were to snall.

When I arrived i was told my credit card declined and they gave my room away went next store do another hotel used same credit card and everything was ok bad service and lied said she called me a lie credit card was not declined was very upset thank god the hotel next to them had a room available I better not have been charged any kind of way I will sue
