Hotel Sunflower

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and came in very generous portions. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean.

The bathroom. Even though it was clean, there is no partition for the shower cubicle, so it wets the whole bathroom when you shower, which can be a safety issue. You might consider a fanlight in the bathroom as there is a weird smell that comes from there when the door is closed. It might probably be from the water.

Staff very friendly

I booked a family room for my stay, but unfortunately, the management gave us a triple room instead. When I asked about it, they said all family rooms were full and that they assign rooms based on the number of guests, not based on what was actually booked. They did not consider or respect our specific booking request, which was disappointing. It felt unfair that our reservation was changed without consulting us, especially after planning in advance. The room itself was clean and okay, but the way the situation was handled left a negative impression. I hope the management improves communication and honours room bookings as per customer selection in the future.
