"A relaxing stay at the Scandic Front"

9.0

The hotel is well located, clean, and staff were helpful and professional. The room was compact, we had a walk-in shower and a view of the city. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The 26 bus is outside for getting into the city and it is on the hop on bus route. The cost was reasonable and we would stay here again.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Otele girişte ödemeyi yaptık, ancak ilave olarak otele verebileceğimiz olası hasarlara karşılık kredi kartı numarası istediler. Bunun Kopenhag da yaygın bir uygulama olduğunu söylediler. Booking.com dan rezervasyon yaparken böyle bir koşul yazılı değildi. Bu uygulama tamamen müşteri aleyhine ve etik olmayan bir uygulama. Bu davranış bizi çok rahatsız etti. Booking.com un bu tip ilave koşulları rezervasyon esnasında mutlaka belirtmesi gerekirdi.

Aamiainen laadullisesti hyvä, useimpina aamuina tuskaisen ruuhkainen.

Pidin ihmeellisenä ettei huoneessa ollut jäämaappia, eikä myöskään juomavesipulloja jotka ovat vakiona (lähes) kaikissa hotelleissa. Vettä ja muuta juotavaa voi tietysti itsekin hankkia mutta jääkaapin puute on ikävä. TV:ssä vain muutama kanava
