目の前にビーチがあり、部屋は毎日クリーンアップしてくれて清潔だったし、スタッフは親切に対応してくれて良かったです。

深夜にチェックインしたのですが、前に米国のお年寄りの団体がいて、部屋に入るのに30分以上かかったようなきがします。ビーチはもう少し広かったらありがたいと思いました。

At AUD500 a day would it be too much to provide a bit of milk in the room? Why did we need to re-enter the wifi details every day? The information provided about dialling an international number from the room was wrong, both that on the phone and in the booklet provided - I rang the front desk and they didn't assist me to resolve this (they provided incorrect information over the phone). I asked for a simple document to be scanned to my email but the staff weren't able to do that because of machine limitations apparently. The wifi in the 'business centre' didn't work at all. It's a pricey place - more than I usually pay - but the details that would justify this price were missing.

We had a great stay at Palau Royal Resort. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the views around the property were really nice. Breakfast was excellent each morning with a good variety, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The private beach was a great place to relax, and the gym was a handy addition. The spa was also fantastic and a real highlight, perfect for unwinding after a full day out exploring.

In terms of areas for improvement, there are limited restaurants and dining options around the hotel, so you do need to travel out if you want more variety.

The beach is amazing. Highly recommend to stay here even just for the views
