員工都很友善，有自己的碼頭，出完海回來可以直接回飯店真的很方便

Wave餐廳的Buffet扣分點挺多的，會有點失望。但單點部份表現很不錯。 浴室只有浴缸沒有單獨淋浴的地方，這對老人或腿腳不好的人不夠友善。

Not much we liked.

We arrived at 2am and both beds had little hairs all over the pillow cases and on top of the bedsheets. They moved us to another room but for $300 a night the room was so outdated not clean and it was very disappointing! On our second to last day at this hotel the wifi wasn’t working for 12 hours. They had all day to fix it and it took 12 hours for them to get the wifi to work. It was the only way we could access our phones and get data so it was very frustrating! I would not stay here again. Do yourself a favor and save your money because this place is NOT worth it!

Palau Royal Resort is in an excellent location with beautifully maintained grounds that make it a pleasure to walk around. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. While the Wi-Fi could be improved – it tended to drop out and required re-logging in frequently – and the bar opening hours could start a little earlier, these were minor points in an otherwise wonderful stay. I would happily recommend Palau Royal Resort for anyone visiting Palau.

The private beach was great.

Instant regret when we checked in. Sink took so long drain. Toilet couldn't flush properly. Shower head was spraying everywhere. Beds felt like we were sleeping on a rock. Staff weren't welcoming or helpful. They ask you for your room number everywhere you go, eg. Had to give them our room number just to go for a swim in the pool and beach. We had to ask for help with our bags to take to the room upon check in, no one greeted us and they didn't even help us with our bags at checkout we had to just carry all our bags ourselves even when they saw us with all our bags. They don't even greet you when they see you. The only lady that was super kind and helpful was the Palauan lady working on our floor. Very disappointing stay.

很適合家庭旅遊、什麼都有很方便

Lovely pool, great breakfast, delightful staff. The lobby is over a big open aquarium with lots of sea creatures that kids get to feed (i felt so bad for the captured turtle etc - but my kids loved this so much)

Standard room with view on the port and above the dirty "little river", not cleaned at least during our stay. Here they invoice you a glass accidentally broken in your room. Also bad cocktails at the restaurant or pool bar: as a 4 stars hotel they cant make correct Margarita , so simple with just Tequila and lemon. Here instead of Tequila they are using disgusting local booze much cheaper. Same for all cocktails: worst being dry Martini made with horrible fake one (plus the fake vodka). People here consider customers as cows they can milk anytime.
