"Not good."

My 20 year daughter felt very unsafe. No outside lighting or lighting in room. Front desk gave her attitude when she turned in her key and told them she wasn't staying.

"Absolutely worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had."

I had to wait an hour upon arrival because the staff was still cleaning the room. When I finally got to the room it was incredibly nasty. Dirt all over the floor, carpet was wet, and there was pubic hair and eyelashes in the shower. Bed was uncomfortable and mattress was uneven as if it was flat in the center.

The online check in helped speed up the in person check in process. Friendly check in and check out staff. Breakfast choices and selection was good

Low water pressure in the shower. Water did not get hot. Was more lukewarm.
