The hotel was fine, but don't be fooled by their "restaurant" - terrible food! I ordered a "pepperoni flatbread with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes"; it was a freaking frozen pepperoni pizza! This doesn't count as a restaurant. 🤬

My check in was great, the hotel is very clean & in a great area...the only problem was my actual booking...I booked a double bed room but only got a 1 bed. The hotel check in couldn't change it as they were booked up

The room was clean and the beds were nice. The pool was very fun but could use some tending as far as the unfinished broken hot tube and no towels out there. The staff were pleasant but could work on answering the phone as we called several times before just going down to ask for what we needed. The only real complaint is that the room wouldn’t get cool enough so we usually woke up hot throughout the night.

Clean room, friendly staff, def worth the price.

That I was able to move to a room that was cooler and the shower worked.

My 1st room was unbearably hot. The shower didn't function like it should. Rust and a dirty handle in the bathroom. The bed was super squeaky.. and the closet drawers hit the hinges of the door.. which made it inconvenient to use.. all in all I paid too much money for the quality of the locations..

The breakfast options were really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The air in the lobby was out. The hot tub was broken. There were 11 people in the pool and only 3 had swimming suits on (2/3 were us)! Then we watched two families walk from the pool, across the parking lot, and into the Holiday Inn Express. Not at all the quality you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn.

The lady at the customer service desk was really kind.
