Super zentrale Lage. Nettes Zimmer und Bad. Netter Frühstücksraum und Bar. Umfangreiches Frühstück, allerdings ohne Bio-Produkte. Angesichts des globalen Gesundheitstrends und des Klimawandels wäre etwas mehr Bio-Orientierung schön.

Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht und dies vorab telefonisch bestätigen lassen. Dabei hieß es zunächst, die Booking.com-Beschreibung sei fehlerhaft: Die Betten hätten zwar getrennte Matratzen, seien aber nicht trennbar. Auch meine Nachfrage nach einem Feldbett wurde verneint, obwohl das Zimmer 25 qm groß war. Vor Ort stellten wir dann fest, dass die Betten auf Rollen standen und sich problemlos auseinander schieben ließen. Das hätte dem Personal bekannt sein müssen. Die Bereitschaft, eine kundenfreundliche Lösung zu finden, war daher enttäuschend. Stattdessen galt offenbar: nehmen oder stornieren. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.
