Boutique Splendid Hotel

The reception girls were all very helpful and smiling. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was almost the best possible (still perfect). BUT (and I write that here as BK tends only to show the good part of the review) everything got ruined for 20 minutes by two staff members on breakfast. I was ready to give a note of 9, now I give only 4 because of the lovely receptionists. So, breakfast story in the other part of the review. Then you can decide if you want to get breakfast at that hotel and if it deserves your money at all.

Everything in the hotel looks old and very used, but its still usable - that's fine, as the price is low. It looks like water is infiltrating from the shower in the bedroom - still comfortable, Then breakfast comes. I get there 30 minutes before the official end of the buffet. That should be enough. The breakfast is simple, but there is variety. Bravo, I would say, for the price. Then some lady comes from the kitchen and starts moaning how all the other hotels have breakfast till 10 and only here is till 11. Just next to the tables, guests still sitting, she turns her back to them and keeps going and going. Luckily, in Bulgarian, so the foreigners won't understand. I got up from the table to get some more food, and an older guy in sports pants got my plate from the table. At first I thought he's being nice. Then the lady comes back to the stage, keeps moaning, and then they started to take the food out, 10 minutes before the end, with still some 6 clients on the tables. The old guy started literally telling them to go out, 5 minutes to the end. We've been kicked out! Ah, they locked the door from the inside 15 minutes before the end. Unbelievable! The guy even started to discuss with me how I should behave. The management should do something about that, if they care for their clients. And those people should find work somewhere else, where they could work less. Such shameful behavior and there's not even a manager on duty.

Ieftin, personal amabil, mic dejun disponibil, camere curate, confortabile, locație bună având în vedere proximitatea de cartierul grecesc, de autogară și nu e la o distanță exagerat de mare de plajă.

Zgomotul bulevardului este deranjant. Seara și noaptea se plimbă motociclete și autoturisme vechi și zgomotoase în continuu pe bulevard. Geamurile nu pot absorbi zgomotul.

Размер номера приятно удивил. Достаточно чисто и уютно, хорошая звукоизоляция. Один из немногих отелей в котором действительно получилось спокойно поспать.

Все было гуд! )

Хотелът е разположен в красива реновирана сграда от началото на 20-ти век. Стаята е просторна и удобна с изглед към катедралата.

Τα παντα, σε κεντρικοτατο σημειο, καθαρο με αρκετα προιοντα περιποιησης, μεγαλα δωματια, ευγενικο προσωπικο, καλο σημα wifi, πλουσιο πρωινο (μπουφες), παρκινγκ μπροστα απο το ξενοδοχειο και επειδη ειχαμε μοτοσυκλετες και δεν πιαναμε χωρο δε μας χρεωσανε.

Τα παραθυρα ηταν ημικυκλικα, και η κουρτινα δε καθοτανε στο σημειο που πρεπει, και ετσι ειχαμε φως ολη τη μερα
