The staff was nice and easy check in. The location of the hotel was perfect for what I needed.

the room was dirty. Stains all over the carpet floors, mess on the walls. the bed looked clean

"Disappointing - probably the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed in. Standards have definitely slipped."

Hot chocolate was good

Breakfast was very disappointing. Oranges were old and bruised. Eggs and sausage etc was cold and hard - very unsatisfying., Bathroom water pressure in shower was very low and no vent system. Looked like mold was forming in bathtub

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The complementary breakfast was delicious! Our daughters especially loved the waffle bar.

The toilet in our bedroom ran a bit too much.
