Novotel Bali Nusa Dua

Excellent for families with kids and has kids club and spa for parents to relax a little also. Nannies are also available to hire easily to help look after kids. Shuttle bus to beach is not a hassle in any way, extremely regular and convenient and very close.

Although the property is a bit old and dated the staff are amazing and the location was perfect for our family holiday.

Great hotel, friendly staff, all very helpful. Pool area well kept and good fun. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by, all within walking distance. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The service and staff are wonderful but the Novotel is looking tired - the images of the hotel on expedia don't reflect what is on offer.

Rooms require a lot of maintenance. The food options also need to be reviewed.

We stayed here for two weeks with our 4 year old and 1 year old and we all loved it! The hotel is clean and inviting, the pool is great (there’s even a proper kiddie pool). It has everything you need - a private beach, a restaurant, bar, cafe, room service, a spa, gym, kids club… The staff are all so lovely and always say hello and chat to the kids. Being in Nusa Dua is great as you feel really safe and secluded. The only downside is that there’s not much around besides other hotels. There is one street a few minutes walk from the Novotel which has some restaurants and souvenir shops. We were lucky that was there because we ate there a lot. We got sick of the meals in the hotel pretty quickly as it’s a limited menu. Bali Collection is 1km away but pretty much all the shops were closed since the pandemic. Overall it’s a fantastic hotel, but only stay in Nusa Dua if you just want the resort lifestyle and don’t plan on leaving the hotel much.
