Riverbank Motel and Cabins

This property has a great location. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The sound is excellent compared to other locations. The kitchenette is great for saving money instead of eating out every meal. As someone who lives in a tiny house, I found this property to be spacious and comfterble.

Place is really nice, beautiful location. Ask for the cabins near the river- they look amazing!! Only problem we had was that the sound isolation is not that good, so we heard the rain all night long.

This is a sweet little motel right next to the Kancamagus. The room was clean, the bathroom was like new. The pool was heated and clean. Service was friendly and helpful.

The people were nice and accommodated my late check in. The room had an old room smell to it

Clean and well taken care of

Overall a wonderful rental. I will be staying again. Only issues were minor (no kettle, kitchen sponge or paper towels). The main bedroom could use better blinds/curtains for those trying not to wake with the sun. It was great having access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer. A great location.

Very nice, quaint. No frills. In the middle of everything, but somehow still quiet on a summer night. Would definitely return to cabin #2
