Conforto geral, comodidades e simpatia e disponibilidade da equipa do restaurante e bar.

Atendimento na recepção. Apesar da simpatia o foco foram conversas entre a equipa e não o cliente. À chegada apenas foi apresentada a zona do pequeno almoço, sem menção a nenhuma outra área do hotel, sendo uma primeira visita fez diferença pela negativa.
